All orders shipped to a location within the contiguous U.S. will receive FREE ground shipping (HI, AK, APO, PR, Guam, etc. excluded) and free tracking.
Orders shipped to a location within the contiguous U.S. are eligible for expedited shipping for an additional fee. Available expedited shipping options and rates may vary and will be presented during checkout for a given order.
Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to locations outside the continental U.S. (HI, AK, APO, PR, Guam, etc.)
Orders placed before 3:30PM EST will typically ship same day. Orders placed after 3:30PM EST will typically ship the next business day.
Order confirmation will typically arrive via email within one hour. When your shipment leaves our facility you will receive a second email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
All transit times are estimated from the time your package leaves our facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable and order fulfillment and transit times are not guaranteed.
You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the “View Order History and Details”.
Orders placed online can typically be cancelled online within 15-30 minutes of the original order by selecting the Cancel Order option in your Order History and Details.
If the Cancel Order option is not available call (855-454-8444) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) customer service as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that any order can be cancelled once it has been placed. If we are unable to cancel your order you may request a return and refund subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.
