Unopened Product – Unopened product can be returned for a refund within 6-months of your original date of purchase. If you wish to return unopened product please contact our customer service representatives at the number listed above to authorize your return and arrange shipping. Refunds will typically be issued within 7-15 days of our receipt of the returned product to the method of payment used for the original order. Returned product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact or your refund may be refused.
Opened Product – Opened product that is found defective can be returned for refund or replacement within 12 months of your original date of purchase. If you have opened the product and are having installation or printing issues, please contact our customer service representatives at the number listed above for assistance. If your problem cannot be resolved you will have the option of receiving a full refund of the original purchase price or replacement product. Our customer service representative will provide instructions for returning your opened product over the phone.
Refunds will typically be issued within 7-15 days of our receipt of the returned product to the method of payment used for the original order. Replacement product will typically ship within 1-5 business days of our receipt of the returned product.
Shipping Charges - Shipping charges cannot be refunded except for packaging errors. If your order qualified for free shipping and you are returning product, $4.75 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the original outbound shipping charges.
Please responsibly dispose of used, defective, or unused cartridges that you do not return to Captivate Ink by depositing them for recycling or remanufacturing. Most large office supply chains and many large electronics retailers have dedicated bins for recycling used inkjet cartridges and other electronic devices.
